UPDATED: JUL 16, 2021 Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro rientra nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2021 Keg at the Great British Beer Festival 2017, day one - London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white topping. The nose holds light lemon peel, crunchy cereal. Light sweet flavour, dry dough, straw, cereal. Light in body with average carbonation. Dry finish, more cereal, lemony notes. OK overall.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2019 Label says bohemian pilsner but... Light orange colour, not perfectly transparent. A low sized white head disappears quite quickly, no lacing to speak of. A rather scarce aroma has a light grainy base, a reminiscence of citric/lemon notes and a grassy/herbal hint. Should feel clean/crisp, but feels rather undistinct. Taste notes follw the aroma quite closely, though now a little brighter. Light grainy/cereal base, citric hints. Herbal/grassy notes in finish and aftertaste, which should feel dry per style, but it's actually semi-sweet and again not clean. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation in a quite lively mouthfeel. The beer was overall not unpleasant, but didn't fit it's description and was not at all polished.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2019 Bouteille 330ml. Couleur jaune dorée légèrement voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de houblon herbacé, malt, céréales. Goût de houblon herbacé, céréales, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2019 Tap at La Fine Mousse, 6th March 19. Pours a clean clear, straw colour. Aroma is lager yeast, slight sharpeness. Taste is quite sharp, yeast, refreshing, quite drinkable.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2020 Birra artigianale ceca dal color dorato, corposa e con note di malto che ricordano il sapore di cereali e di crosta di pane. Leggermente amara con un particolare aroma erbaceo. Gradazione alcolica 5% vol.
