UPDATED: SEP 10, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Hazy golden with white head. The aroma has notes of flowers, elderflower, wood, barnyard, lemon, earthy. The flavor is sour and mild bitter with notes of elderflower, wood, vinegar, lemon, earthy, funk. Dry, medium-bodied.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2021 750ml (thx, Jacob B.!) in McDonald Beach Park shared with Max and Jamey. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: Cantillon's funk with some flowery notes. Taste: along the same lines with lots of flowers, some apricot jam, and some weird herbal notes. Overall: far from the best ones from them, but it's not bad.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2021 From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. 2020 bottle. Aroma is pretty herbal with elderflower, notes of dille. Medium sour with a little bitterness. Medium body.Pretty young, lacks complexity. Very herbal. Cantillon can do a lot better.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Vintage 2019. Hazy orange. Funky barnyard aromas, mild elderflower, hay and wood. Sour, floral, funky, green apples, lemon, wood, elderflower flavors, puckering dry finish. Medium-bodied, fizzy. Great.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2021 2011 corked and capped 750 ml. bottle poured a hazy tarnished gold with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of Straw, citrus, horse blanket and light fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light floral notes and light funk with a crisp dry tart lingering funky floral citrus finish.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2021 From bottle to tulip glass. Bottled May 28, 2020. Pours slightly hazed orange with off-white head. Aroma of meadow and dirt. Slight floral with perfume off in the distance. Flavor is more focused on wildflower. Slight fruity esters. High carbonation gives an effervescent body.
