UPDATED: SEP 18, 2018 Bottle shared at Andrew's B-day bash. Pours a clearish deep gold with a finger of very fine carbonation that sits and lingers. Lovely tropical fruit aromas with catpiss and white muscat aromas...some lychee and durian as it warms. Crisp and clean with some oak underneath. More bright tropical hop notes that carry a lot of the same flavors to the palate. Lingering oak and creamy durian notes. Delish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lemon zest, oak, funk. Thin body, tart lemon, oak, funk, grass, light acidity, very nice.

Bottle from Casey, dry hopping your saison is the way to win. The tropical melon and pineapple from nelson balances well with the base tartness and funk.

Bottle care of Gleb, pours a hazy golden yellow with small white head. Aroma and flavor is oak, casey funk, white wine, NZ grassy hops, cat pee, and various tart citrus. Refreshing and not overly sharp. Delicious

On tap at Goed Zuur. Hazy yellow colored appearance with a frothy white head. Aroma of tart fruits, fresh hops, wheat, mild oak, citrus zest and a hint of vanilla. Similar flavor, tart, zesty, oaky and dry with light hop bitterness and light sweetness. Light body with crisp, light puckering mouth feel and a pleasant finish. Pretty tasty overall.
