alexsdad06 (16451) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2021UPDATED: MAR 2, 2021 This is a backlog rating from 2014 on draft at the source, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are citrus, dank, moderately bitter hops, toasted pale malts.
DWestrick (1781) - Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 9, 2018tap in Asheville - solid overall "house" IPA - nothing crazy distinct, but still quite good
drostj (113) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - MAY 29, 2017Can. Judging be the ambitious name, I was expecting more out of this but was underwhelmed. Moderate hop flavor with a bit of bitterness. Seemed a bit thin, lacking something. Good beer but would not buy again.
Darwenus (1295) - Virginia, USA - DEC 27, 2016Not really an interesting IPA, but not a bad one. It pours orange in color with very little foam. The aroma is a little bit of grassy hops, vegetables, and mildly sweet notes. The flavor is dominated by the hops in a perfectly acceptable way. The malt is not undetectable. Decent.

bhensonb (20185) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 26, 2016Can from Bruisin Ales. Pours lightly copper tinged gold with a white head. Aroma of fruity hop, mild these, and some not at all dark malt support. Med body, or nearly. Flavor is light fruity hop, some light caramel, and a pretty decent dose of bitter. Not kidding about the 65 IBU. Sort of English bitter on a rocket. And I don’t mean arugula. Or maybe I should, since the hop is a bit herbal. The fruit hop likely isn’t bitterifying (new word there!) this ale. I’m pretty much liking it.
rxeight (3358) - Illinois, USA - OCT 28, 2016On draft at brewery. Aroma is floral hops, bready malts. Taste is spicy floral hops. Peppery. A bit of noble pils malt.
Aggiebob (3426) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - SEP 30, 2016Can. Hazy gold with a white head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, floral and resinous notes. Mildly bitter.
kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - JUN 28, 2016Cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Spicey hoppy aroma. Medium bodied and a bit whiney and sweet and with a dry finish
