Ernest (9030) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 9, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Can (Nov 22, 2021 canning). Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is cloudy/murky light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (orange), lightly yeasty (dough), with notes of Silly Putty, spoiled orange juice, and raw onions. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Just arrived on the shelf this week, but almost no hop aroma at all in this one, just some clunky off notes. Without a canning date it's impossible to say if age is a factor. These folks make decent lagers, but the other styles...not so much.

GTAEgeek (4660) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JAN 16, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2021 Small pour at Trail's End. Pours a slightly hazy, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is papaya, vanilla, straw, and toffee. Sweet and sugary, with a light bitterness. Light body, with a fluffy, zesty palate. This is an easy and tasty beer, although it lacks hop character or bitterness.

AWISLguy (5965) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 20, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2020 Guest tap at Mikerphone in Elk Grove Village. Hazy pour. Fruity citrus nose. Taste is hoppy fruity, juicy and fairly smooth, without having anything distinct. Better than many, but disappointing. Sweeter than bittersweet finish. 13.7

jbruner (8524) - Lakewood, California, USA - NOV 20, 2018
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2018 Pours a hazy golden yellow from the can with fluffy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of huge resinous hops, fruity, citrus, grassy, earthy zest, all the descriptors are there. Taste follows, raw hops and raw malt, lots of hops, did I mention the juicy hops. It is what you expect from a new school hazy IPA, hits all the marks.
