COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hard cider with honey. Clear light straw with good clarity. Aromas of red apple, honey and honeysuckle are backed by moderate sweetness and mild acidity. Beezy is light bodied, not cloying, with moderate carbonation.
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Draft at the pub in northern Kentucky. Nose is red apple with light champagne yeast. Sip adds the sweetness of the red apple. Easy going down. Latent honey flavors. Crushable. 3.5
UPDATED: NOV 22, 2021 Is it a cyser if they just add a little honey? I don’t know. I guess I’ll stick with calling it a cider. It pours clear pale yellow and smells of apples and honey as expected. The flavor is on the sweet side, more so than I prefer but not overwhelmingly so. The honey is readily apparent in the flavor. Overall it works alright.
