UPDATED: AUG 28, 2019 Bottle shared at pancake party at home. Clear deep golden with small bubbles. Light funk, mineral, sweet and dry apple, soft tart apple, light hay, earthy, old wood, leather. Under medium sweet, light bitter and tart. Medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2019 Bottle shared at Maakun’s, thanks! Clear dark golden with soft active fizzing in the glass. Sweet, sour and bitter apples, peels, hay, earthy and woody tones. Quite dry. Medium body and soft fizziness.
