Vraiment sympa !!!

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2020 A can version that I have found at the drinks of the world, St.Gallen in march 2019, during the first wave of this f.... covid-19. Sharing it with my wife, at home, in Epalinges. As usual, it is not a disappointment with the American craft even big. The body is brown and troubled, average carbonation, white and brown foam. An original brown ale, a lovely sweet beer for this season, remembering the lovely side of Christmas. The taste has a strong side of ginger bread, cynamon, side of chai tea of India, malty, plum, sweet biscuity, regular hop, really good, watery at the final, thanks grandmother!!!!!

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2020 Thin head of fine bubbles that dissipates rather quickly. Slightly sweet brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and dark roasted malts. Color is a very dark brown. Rather lively in the mouth and somewhat dry and chalky. More oats, some raisin, cinnamon and burnt bread. Light alcohol presence. Pretty mild with light roastyness. Finishes dry with lingering roasted oats. A decent brown ale.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2020 Dark brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have something like Tonka and/or cinnamon. I smell the raisin but don't taste it. Tonka cinnamon type things don't work for me.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2020 Can @ Bakgården. Clear deep brown body under a dense tan head. Aroma has malt, caramel, dry fruit and slightly spiced. Taste is rather sweet with smooth malt, caramel, toffee, dry fruit and some Christmas cake kind of spicy. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice and tasty, but a bit too sweet in the long run.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2020 Pours an unassuming brown with medium tan head that quickly dissipates. No real nose from the can but after decanting there is a definite smell of oatmeal and malts in the glass. Taste is pretty much like the namesake, with vanilla, oatmeal and raisins coming to the fore. A little off-putting at first... like drinking a cookie but I got used to it and it finished well. A bit thin and underwhelming with 5.6% ABV. Fun to try but no need to have again.

Rune (21325) - Tromso, NORWAY - JUL 15, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2020 355ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Close to clear dark brown body, clingy lacing from a slowly diminishing beige head. Prominent cinnamon on the nose, doughy and lightly roasted. Flavour mix of spiced malts, dried fruits and suggestions of vanilla sweetness. The cinnamon-malty part lingers on to the ending. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Tromsø 14.07.2020).

Finn (14467) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 28, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 2, 2020 Drukket på Bergstua. Mørkebrun. Lavt lysebrunt skum som forsvinner fort. Veldig beskjeden rosinaroma. Smaken fruktkake. Lett krydderpreg i avslutninga.
