12 oz. bottle: Cloudy golden peach with a white pulpish head which fully diminishes. Aromas of citrus, wheat, and smooth bananas. Flavor is (once again) watery as all hell, faint metalic bitterness near finish. Beleive it or not this might be the best best beet they make, ICK.
12 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow with a small head but then again, it was poured into a plastic cup. Armoa is wheat, banana and grain but the smells are faint. Taste is really hoppy but sour. Weak ass banana flavor is there also but in reality, this isnt a very good start of sampling all of their bottled product.
(On tap at the 2003 Michigan Brewers Fest)This witbier has a nice, fresh aroma (flowers, as you'd expect), but has a bland flavor and watery palate. And no finish to speak of!

Coriander and lemon pepper nose. Wheaty in the middle but went completely watery at the finish. No taste even bothered to linger around a while. Disappointing for a beer with such a promising nose.
