Beer exploded on me a bit. Lots of carbonation. What was recoverable was tasty, a bit too carbonated. Some spruce and maples. Rated 2/20/03

slight floral hop aroma, light ale with a touch of lingering bitterness, more of an esb than an ipa, not much character at all

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of florals, fruit, and maple syrup. Nice balance of hops and malt with a hint of corriander.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy orangey amber color with bubbly but thin off-white head. Aroma is full of malts and citrus notes. Flavor is a bit sour, and maltier than any IPA I’ve ever had, I think. However, the hops have a definite presence as well. Tastes more like an ESB to me than an IPA, but its unique and pretty drinkable. Overall, not bad, but not great.

reddish-bronze color, weak head....little stamina. Very floral aroma. Taste was hoppy and peppery on the tongue. Nothing super original, but a well made WCIPA for sure!
