COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This DDH Pale brings together two of our most characterful hops in Sabro and Strata, while NZ Cascade helps to provide a solid foundation and knit all the big flavours together. Bright, vibrant and zesty with a smooth body accentuated by soft coconut flavours.

jarvo (1347) - Abingdon, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 Pours the usual opaque gold with a nice creamy white head. Aroma is ripe grapefruit and lime, with some weed and pine. Taste has ripe citrus fruit with some dank bitterness to finish. I tend to think the Strata is talking more loudly than the Sabrina here, would have liked more coconut, but nonetheless this interesting.

Garrold (9483) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 17, 2021 Can. Beer Stop Dronfield probably. Murked up dark gold, with a nice CW swede. Nose has a fair old twang from the NZ hops, coming across all vinous and bright, with a lemon meringue vibe presumably from the Sabro. Some light piny notes too. Soft sweet malt backdrop. Taste is a little sweet with a tangy and sharp bitterness. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel with fine and crisp carbonation. More of the twangy bitterness to finish. Works well.
