COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chocolate and orange is a classic flavour combination, but rather than the ubiquitous confectionary orb, think a luxuriant dark chocolate mousse or silky torte infused with fresh, fragrant citrus flavours. A healthy addition of orange zest is the perfect partner for our double cacao, double vanilla My Continuous Improvement base.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Can from The Fuss Club. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is absolutely dark chocolate & zesty orange, touch of apricot jam. Flavours of Terry's dark chocolate orange, apricot jam, vanilla. Liquid dark chocolate orb action. Long alcohol burn. The perfect marriage of chocolate & orange. Yum 😋!

mrram (362) - - JAN 9, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 It’s a thick dark lovely pour. Aroma of malts and orange. Malty orange taste not quite a chocolate orange in a glass but close. Would have been higher but a bit pricey.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2021 Wet cocoa with some orange, nice but not great, while taste is absolutely spectacular, liquid Jaffa cake, sweet but not sugary, cocoa and some coffee, oily, amazing stuff.

Werckmeister (6298) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - APR 29, 2021
UPDATED: APR 29, 2021 Taster at gfs, courtesy of Sander, big thanks. black color, basically no head. smells bitter chocolate, earthy, vanilla, berry notes, subtle oranges, subtle zesty, liqueurish chocolate fudge. very nice smell. full body, no carbonation. tastes of oranges, bitter chocolate, subtle berries, light vanilla, subtle sweetness, liqueurish fruit notes, light schnaps, subtle spices. finishes lightly boozy and lightly sweet with notes of bitter chocolate, liquerish orange schnaps and some vanilla. very interesting one, very good one. overall not the biggest fan of oranges in chocolate or liquer, but this is very well done and works very well.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2021 Can. Thanks to SirA. Wauw. I really wanted to like this. Black no head. Cacao and orange. No carbonation. Thick. Chocolate mousse. Intense is an understatement. No roast. Vinous and soft.

mR_fr0g (23876) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 6, 2021 Can at home picked up from CW online. A thick oily jet black coloured pour with a really dark tan head that fades. Aroma is oily, chocolate milk, terry orange, thick hot chocolate, faint orange. Flavour is composed of thick oily chocoalte, zesty orange, orange oil, cocoa nibs, oily. Palate is thick and chewy, oily, moderate carbonation. Nice lingering zesty orange choco. Really good.

Beerwithwings (3008) - Alton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2021 Can at home. The beer poured like a stout should. It was rather sweet this. Very much like a chocolate orange or jaffa cakes

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2020 Canned, 440 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Black with brownish head. Thick chocolate, cocoa, nice orange coming through, medium sweetness, orange tartness. Bit bitter. Low carbonation. Super smooth. Oily. Medium to full bodied. Loved the bitter, sweet and tart combo.

midovark (4274) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 26, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 26, 2020 Can at home. Pours incredibly jet black with no head. Nose is liquid chocolate, but literally. Orange chocolate all over, lovely. Taste is sweet booze and chocolate with a tad fruity, zesty orange, but mainly incredibly deep and rich chocolate, literaly syrup. Closes with savoury chocolate with hints of zesty orange, has a HUGE body. And by huge I mean H U G E, it incredibly thick, if it was any thicker you’d have to bite and chew it. And what amazes me most is that the ABV is incredibly well hidden, and the body is being as thick as it is it’s far from overwhelming. Outstanding.

WingmanWillis (1239) - Croydon, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 19, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2020 Can at home from CW online. Pours jet black with a dirty tan head that fades fast. Aroma is chocolate, fudge, orange, hazlenut. Basically pimped up Terry's Choc orange. Taste is chocolate, fudge, orange takes off some of the sweetness, more chocolate. Doesn't drink at 11%. This is superb.
