COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We did something good, now we’re making it great. State of Mind has been with us for 4 years, and it’s time for it to evolve. Session IPA’s are one of our favourite beer styles right now (lunch beer anyone?) and now that we’ve sunk our teeth into some of the juicier, bigger-bodied IPAs, we thought that this was a great way to evolve State of Mind. Meet Hazy State: a hazier, juicier but still sessionable IPA. We’ve upped the fruit quality to get a more flavourful punch while extracting bitter qualities out of it. This hugely flavourful, yet still extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.

Hermod (13378) - Vantaa, FINLAND - DEC 14, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 330ml can from Alko. Canned 30/06/21. From Alko. Citrusy and zesty. Pineapple fruity flavors. Lively carbonation. Sessionable. Age does not feel like a problem here, despite being almost 6 months old.

FatPhil (22608) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 13, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 473ml can (Lauvas Alus webshop, Riga) (5:3-:5-:2:10-=2.5---) Radioacti yellow, cloudy, large frothy head. Starchy pineapple aroma, bit of rubber, bit of coconut. Lightish palate, a bit watery, a bit burpy. Bland slightly chalky taste, gentle sweet fruity syrup, pineapple, dirty starch, a bit trubby. Rough bitterness, very dirty. Gets worse as the chill lifts. Pretty typical NEIPA, so a predictably bad beer. Happens. More and more nowadays, alas.
