COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rich malt aroma with subtle notes of burnt sugar, toffee, and caramel. Flavors of candied dried plum, sweet spices, and hints of dried flower earthiness, a hallmark of hallertau hops. A deep, complex malty body delivers a dried apricot sweetness, complemented with a subtle bitter earthiness.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2021 Lightly hazed copper color with a taller ecru head. Malty aromas, with a touch of sour mash. Toasted earthy sourdough bread really fits. A hint of orange rind and pit fruit. Big toasted malt profile. Some sweet candi seems to distract a bit. Earthiness creeps in and lends some “qualities” that distract. The sweetness starts to be a bit of a distraction as well.
