one51 (1349) - - APR 10, 2021UPDATED: APR 10, 2021 0.25 bottle, 8.1%, no idea where I got it from (back o' the fridge) but it's not even expired. Medium brown, big and very fine-bubbled head. Fat and complex malty-sweet nose, bready and nutty. The taste is really wondrous with a big and melted-together mix of light roast notes, chewy artisan bread, biscuit, brown sugar, and just a hint of the high-alcohol hidden beneath. Aftertaste is pretty neutral, light bitterness without a lot of hop flavor. Excellent Belgian!
