COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aged Raspberries and bottled with precision and care - this yields a beer with a lacto forward nose, an intensely tart fruit flavor, a doughy complexity from our no-boil process, and takes the word "refreshing" to a whole new level.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2021 Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth Pre-GBBF 2017 tasting - London. Cheers! Pours hazy, very light grapefruit pink with a billowing, frothy white head. The nose holds lemon, seedy raspberry, soft funk. Lightly sweet with sturdy acidity, more lemon, tangy raspberry. Light to medium bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, strong acidity, further lemon, mild raspberry, soft seedy bitterness. Very good.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2019 11th Nov 2019; monthly beer tasting in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Cheers Mike for the 750ml bottle of this. Pink body, light pink head. It smells and tastes of tart Raspberries, just like the label says. OK, if you like sour Raspberrries I suppose.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2019 Bomber. Pours a pinkish, orange color, with a medium, rocky, fleeting, off-white head. Lovely raspberry aromas, with strong lemon juice, kiwi, and caramel. Very tart. Light to medium body, with an acidic, sticky mouthfeel. This is an assertive, fruity saison. Held up to a surprising age.

davidezdonz (1514) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - MAR 26, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2019 A 750ml bottle with no clear bottled on or best before date. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass. It was a cloudy pink guava juice colour with a slightly more than one finger white head that dissipated quickly and left only sparse to no lacing. Aromas lightly tart, mixed berry flavour hard candies, raspberry, and a light funkiness. Tastes sour, tart, raspberry, raspberry candy, lightly jammy and a touch of lemon juice. Light to medium bodied, with moderate to high carbonation. Overall not complex, but very nice easy drinking raspberry flavours. A good mix of sour, sweet and fruitiness.
