COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA hopped with Citra, Chinook, Vic Secret, Azacca, and Simcoe hops. This fruity and juicy IPA presents a tropical fruit, floral, and pine hop character to create a delicious, medium-bodied beer.
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2020 16 ounce can - Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a hazy, rustic yellow-hued body with a medium-small, frothy whitish head.
Smell: Resin-edged pineapple rings, creamy raw grains, a little baguette, floral peach and passion fruit purees.
Taste: Lightly grainy, crackery yet creamy coarse, raw grains. The maltiness has a nice bit of easy-drinking levity to it yet hints at some silkiness from the inclusion of wheat/oats. Lightly resiny, moderate floral with fruity elements of passionfruit, peach and pineapple. Reasonable degree of bitterness. Finishes with receding hop fruitiness and bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. A bit of fluffy fullness to the mouthfeel.
Overall: See? I told you the world can stand to make an IPA without the low effort default to tired ole Citra-Mosaic.
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2019 Pint can pours a near clear golden. Fruit/citrus forward but with a west coast piney bitterness. semi sweet on the palate and solid feel throughout.
