Clear pale golden with a fast evaporating white head. Crisp pale apple aroma full of green tart and gala delightful apple aromas and a kiss of champagne. Dryish flavor with a sweet appley flavor that’s got some champagne tones and crisp apple tones of gala and Fuji and green apple flavors. Complex and semisweet and champagne like.

Very clear pale yellow. Somewhat simple candied tart apple aroma. Taste is tangy sour, tart apple, a bit harsh. Mouthfeel is light and crisp.

12oz Bottle. Clean, boring, alomst scentless aroma, with a bit of pear and distant perfume. Flavor is insipid. Boring, mostly flavorless drab fermented sugar flavor. There’s not much here. It’s more than a little sweet for "brut."

Not bad, but not as cool as some of their more unique styles (like w Belgian ale yeast). Both sweet and dry. Loads of Apple, not much complexity.

355ml twist off clear bottle. Pale golden pour. It smells like sweet apple juice and jolly rnachers, it is both back sweetened and has "apple essence:" as an additive. The flavor is artificial apple through and through, it finishies dry but has just a twangy and off apple flavor, tastes extremely artificial.

Had higher hopes for this. Aroma is sweet gala apples with a hint of bakers sugar. Pours light blonde with a nice fizz but no real head. Taste is sweet apple juice and a bit of citrus zest. Not quite as mouth-cloying as their regular cider but certainly not dry. Worth one glass, not dry enough for two.

hotstuff (5394) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 24, 2014
Rated on 11-16-2010 (Bottle) The appearance is a transparent pale yellow body, fizzy, lively, and fast rising carbonation. The aroma is sweet and green apples. The taste is sweet, green apples and a dry finish. The mouth feel is soft carbonation and this cider is light-medium bodied. I enjoyed the aroma more than the flavor as the presence of apples in the flavor was somewhat weak.

Bottle. Pours light clear gold with a white head. Apple, cheap prosecco, medium sweetness, and a juicy apple juice finish. Not bad.
