ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium red - yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, tart, sour, oak, raspberry - tart raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, wheat, dry, tart raspberry, light apple funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200118]

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2019 Aromat malinowy z delikatną zapowiedzią dzikusów. W smaku świetnie zbalansowane, posmaki owoców (w tym jakichś kwaśniejszych, typu agrest/porzeczka) i dębiny towarzyszą jeszcze chwilę po przełknięciu.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2018 375ml bottle pours pinkish orange with medium head. Nose and taste have bright crisp raspberry funk, damp oak, dusty spice, wood, attic, medium high acidity, light grain. Finishes tart with some lingering berry sweetness.
