Catching up on some notes Bottle shared by Dave, thanks for the hookup. Slightly hazy deep golden color with a bubbly white head that persists. Pretty tasty beer.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2018 Huge amazing nose. Citrus, tropical notes, barnyard. Flavors balanced in the taste. Earthy barnyard funk, tropical fruity hops. Saison-like minus the Belgian esters. Really nice. I would never even consider this an IPA. It’s a tropical fruity Brett.. classic

Can, dated 8/23/17, found on a shelf last week. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with huge, fluffy white head that dissipates slowly to leave good lace. Aroma of big brett notes, funk and light citrus, with oxidized hops underneath. Taste is farmhouse funk up front, a fruity citrus middle, then it falls flat to a light earth and oxidation. Surprisingly, not terrible considering the age, I'm sure you can thank the brett for that, but the hops are pretty far gone.

Bif (2972) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - JUL 17, 2018
Can. Pours a hazy light golden color with a big head. Aroma of citrus, quite floral with bit of pine and grain. Taste of citrus, tropical fruit, grain and bit of funk. Some bitterness and fairly clean finish. Medium body, quite smooth, clean with a touch of funk. Interesting beer.

Spab (8221) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 27, 2018
On tap at Bar Hop Session. Pours a cloudy golden colour with moderate-sized white head. Aroma is big on Brett with citrus and tree fruit. Flavour has solid Brett/funky character with peach and grapefruit as well as some straw. Medium plus body. Nice.

Cloudy, thin head. Lots of brett, soft body and malts, again with light brett. Yeastier than I remember from the brewery.

Can. Pours hazy rich yellow with large foamy whitish head, funky-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter funky taste with citrus flavor, smooth body, long funky finish. Very good Brett beer.
