COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keller Pilsner. Combining our brewery’s super soft water and the finest German hops, this unfiltered keller pilsner is crushable. Brewed as a traditional European continental pilsner, this is what beer tastes like pouring from the wooden vats used to make lager beer for centuries in the Czech Republic town of Plzeň.

pkbites (1380) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 26, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 26, 2021 Pours a glass full of foam. This is the foamiest beer I have ever had. Nothing had been done to the can. It wasn’t shaken or dropped. Had to wait for the crazy foam to die down to view the light yellow has. Piney, fruity, and quite dry. The drinkability of this is through the freaking roof!

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2020 Copenhagen 10/12 2020. 35,5 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of big boilers with mountain landscape in the background on the can. Pours unclear, pale yellow with a fairly big, fluffy white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a light malty, sweet odor mingling with stronger citric fumes. Sweet pale malts, citrus and lemon, grass. A bit floral and perfumed. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is dry. Nice pilsener with a subtle citric streak.

cheap (7939) - Land of Taxes, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 13, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2020 Fairly clear pale. Big foamy head. Can from saint pete total wine and more. Smell is a little bit of grapefruit. Taste is pilsner like. Just a little of that pilsner bite. In the middle it comes across rather civilized and drinkable. Not bad overall, good example of a domestic pilsner.

hman43 (3700) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - AUG 22, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 22, 2020 It pours light gold and has excellent clarity. It has a white head with very good head retention. It has strong floral notes with a low citrus quality and light grainy sweetness. The citrus fruits are a bit more pronounced in the flavor with the floral elements being more of a background note. It is also. somewhat bready. It has a medium light body with a crisp finish. Overall, there are some very good elements here and the citrus adds an interesting dimension to the beer.
