COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
All Citra Double IPA brewed in the style of Northeast IPAs. Aroma is bright with strong tropical citrus notes of pineapple and papaya. We went heavy handed with each hop addition to give fellow hop heads the Face Chop of bitterness they crave!

Pours a 1/2 finger, off-white, creamy/bubbly head. Color is amber, but leaning on orange. A little hazy, but not hop juice looking. Good sticky lace that gets soapy as I swirl & sip. Citra nose of tropical citrus and notes of pineapple, papaya and dank bitterness. Medium body with ample carbonation and a perfumy mouthfeel and back end. Spicy and perfumy hops upfront are a surprise as I didn't pick them up in the nose. It also has some citrus peel bittering and tropical notes. Not bad at all just a little to much perfuminess hitting with the tropical notes. Still I like what these guys are doing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent but the booze overtakes this one a little like angry grandpas in the senior home. Hazy orange pour with ok head. Some pine. Bitter finish. Tap at brewpub.
