UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Appearance is opaque black with ring of beige head, nice viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong earthy roasted malt. Taste is strong earthy roasted malt, almond, light chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not much bourbon here. Hard to pick out the almond in aroma though it's there in flavor.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 22 oz. Bottle from the brewery. Aroma is bold almond upon the swirl, bourbon, roast. Flavor is a reflection with aroma with very little bourbon or oak. Very mild. Alcohol is not not found any place. Nice!

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2021 From bottle at home. Black color with brown head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, coffee, light nutty, coconut, bourbon, light wood. Sweet and light bitter taste. Full silky oily body with soft carbonation.

The aroma and flavor have roasted malts, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, toasted almonds, almond butter, coffee, a splash of black cherry, fudge, great body and mouthfeel, these never fail to impress.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, almond, bourbon, barrel, moderate coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, almonds, coffee, bourbon, barrel, rich, roasted. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - smooth, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcolholic. [20210925]
