UPDATED: AUG 4, 2019 This bottle is coming from the Denner, at Alle. Drinking and judging this bottle, at Bonfol. The body is brown and clear, average carbonation, white foam. It is clearly an amber ale, on the Belgian way. The first sip was not the best one, something with nuts and a bit soapy but after the beer became better with aromatic notes of malt, side of sugar and toffee, bready, decent and well balanced dosage of hop, a bit watery, not bad at all.
UPDATED: JAN 30, 2019 from Beermouth - quite clear amber-bronze beer with a persistent beige foam; solid notes of acetaldehyde with hints of oranges in the background; quite sour, thin-bodied, dry and astringent fruity finish with more acetaldehyde
