UPDATED: MAY 27, 2019 Truly good. As guessed, strong peanut butter aroma and flavor with a dark chocolate background. Dark and frothy. Good weight.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2018 On tap at Dangerous Man, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with fresh peanuts, with little else to speak of. Flavour beautifully brings out the fresh roasted peanuts, with gentle sweetness and a nice dry toasted peanut finish. Beautifully constructed. Now this is an excellent peanut butter porter.

Dark pour, nice thick head. Delicious peanut butter aroma, very smokey and a bit sour. Really enjoyed this beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A top 50 Porter and worthy of the distinction. Great peanut aromas waft from the glass. Notes of chocolate too. Nice peanut flavours, dark chocolate and roast malts at the end. Not very sweet, dry finish. Very well done.

Crowler filled at the brewery - aged (accidentally) for about 4 months. Very delicious porter - enjoyed very much

On tap at the brewery. Black body. Smells of peanuts and chocolate. Really nice. Tastes a little less refined. Peanuts, nutty malts, chocolate, but not as rich. Peanut finish. A little astringent. Medium body. Remarkably good, it must be said. Saved the day from a bunch of other dull beers here at DM.

From a growler purchased a week ago for consumption 04.23.2017. Brown-black in color, and what head develops dissipates to a ring. This may be due in part to not being drank immediately. Strong aroma of peanut butter, and dark roasted malts as expected and presented excellently. The palate is thin, semi-dry, and has the flavoring components as represented by the aroma. Whenever DM expands their operations to distribute their beers outside their establishment, then this should be their flagship brew.

Atom (3078) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 13, 2017
UPDATED: APR 16, 2017 Crowler filled 4/11 from brewery, pours a dark brown/black with a medium light tan head. Smells like peanut butter cup cereal. Aroma of peanut butter, chocolate, and vanilla wafers. Taste is similar to aroma, peanut butter and vanilla wafers, chocolate malt, light roasted and a dry bitterness on the finish. It’s decent, can’t beat that aroma, but it doesn’t translate to the taste which isn’t bad just not a great balance. Ok stuff.
