UPDATED: SEP 27, 2019 On tap at the Dargett brewpub in Yerevan. Coffee bean going black color, ivory foam with drafts left on the glass. Nose: mou all the way so intensive and quite charming. Mouth: carbonation is moderately medium, toffee, mou, caramel. Not a memorable finish but well-brewed. Congrats.

On draught at the brewpub. This may not be the same beer that was rated previously. These guys have a habit of learning by their mistakes. It is rare to find a dark sultana-edged lagered heavy porter of this calibre outside the heartlands but on a frustrating night of trying to pick holes in these guys, this one did not give an ounce.

500ml bottle from the brewpub. Pours black with no head. Aroma is slightly sour, roasted malt, earth, alcohol. Completely flat. Taste is sour, light roastiness, chocolate, alcohol, light bitterness. Something went wrong here.
