sudomorph (1307) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - APR 10, 2020
UPDATED: APR 10, 2020 12oz bottle from the back fridge. Poured a clear, dark brown with a slight head. Aroma was nice and roasty with caramel, slight coffee, and faint dark fruits. Taste is balanced. Chocolate, coffee, dark caramel, and slightly nutty. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty clean in the mouth but fuller and creamy. Overall probably a bit past its prime but really round and mellow. No trace of alcohol.

Bottle. Deep brown, opaque, moderate head of beige colour. Aroma: toasted malts, caramel, coffee, citrusy hops. Medium body. Taste: medium dry. Dark malts delivering toast and subdued caramel. Evident coffee that is a nice predict for the endind citrusy / earthy hop work. Outstanding balance. Good beer.
