UPDATED: SEP 6, 2019 Bottle shared thanks to sjogro! Clear light golden with nice ring of white bubbles. Nice funk, lemon, soft pear, light vinegar, gooseberries, dry cellar, fresh twigs, old wood, winegums. Light sweet, almost medium sour and light bitter. Almost medium bodied with dry finish. A bit like a Basque cider. Too much vinegar for me.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2019 Bottle shared at home. Golden and clear with thin white head. Sour apples, vinegar, sweet apples, blossomy, yellow paprika, sour peach. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit too sour, bit too bitter, bit too sweet and too little body.
