Aroma has notes of pine, caramel, grapefruit, bread. Pours hazy new penny copper with a one finger beige head with good retention. Taste has a high level of pithy bitterness with some candy sweetness in the background. Nice Northwest style IPA. Refreshing to have something this bitter again.

The smell is steely and metallic, and the flavor pleasantly bitter, with a surprisingly hood balance. Long aftertaste and mildly sweet but without any clear fruity notes.

It has a strong stone fruit and pine aroma. There are some grainy sweet elements from the malt and a bit of bread. It has a grainy sweet and bread malt backbone with stone fruits and pine. There are also very low citrus elements. It has a medium body with slight alcohol warming. Overall, slightly hop forward with a noticeable malt backbone.

Smells like rotting apricots and looks like piss from a dehydrated camel. Were it not for the fact I paid $2 for the can at a bottle shop up the street, I would've chucked it on principal.

Tastes like an IPA and smells like an IPA. Too much bitter hop aftertaste for me and not enough malt balance. Not my favorite style but solid I guess if you like that type of thing.
