Fruity, sourish nose with notes of barnyard, stable, grapefruit, gooseberries, sour cherries and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with barnyard, stable, wood, gooseberries, cherries, hay, funky yeast and a tart and dry finish. Medium body, dry. Really tasty, with a solid acidity and good fruit flavours. Great beer.

PowY (3777) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - AUG 29, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2020 10.08.2020: Taster at home, courtesy of Werckmeister, many thanks. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. The aroma is fruity with lots of berries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, light floral notes, cherries, wood, acidic funk, light acetic notes, ethyl acetate and glue. Medium-full body with a medium-heavy acidity, a very light sweetness and a light to medium fruity tartness. The flavor starts with pretty harsh balsamic vinegar, sour berries and unripe raspberries. Finishes with residual acidity, light acetic notes, residual berries, some wood and a fruity tartness. The acidity overpowers the flavors a bit. Overall pretty good but borderline acidic. Saeglopur (3713) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - AUG 4, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 4, 2020 750 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, 2019 vintage, bb 15-11-2039. Dark orange, medium hazy body, with a medium, frothy, yellowish head. Lovely aroma of sweet-sour yellow and red berries, blackberries, funk, wood, citrus, elderflower. Tastes quite similar, with more vinegar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation. Finishes sour, dry, wooden, a bit funky, very fruity, with lots of berries again, citrus, some vinegar. Tasty. Lots of diverse berries, especially the nose is beautiful. The taste is pretty sour still, while also very fruity. Maybe a bit too young yet, this must be amazing with some age, while already very lovely. Score: 9 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
