Almost clear, deep amber with a thin, fluffy, almost stable, white head. Sourish, rather fruity and gently funky aroma of old lemon, tonic water, gooseberry, horse blanket and wood. Minimally sweet, gently sour, quite fruity and slightly funky taste of old lemon, oak, grapefruit, leather and horse blanket, followed by a short, gently tart, quite funky, fairly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently astringent and minimally effervescent mouthfeel, almost flat. Rather mellow but nicely fruity and funky lambic, highly sessionable as well.

Gusto a fruta madura con hueso pasada, cuero, piel de fuet, sidra, queso azul al final del trago, un punto amarga y muy agria y ácida. Cuerpo medio/bajo. Una maravilla de Lámbica, radical, de las que te produce llagas en la boca, una joya de cerveza.
