UPDATED: JUN 9, 2020 Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden orange, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is pickle, lemon, sea air, funk, must, basement, juniper. Flavor is medium plus tart, light plus funk, light salty, pickles. Light body. Too picky

Draught at Beer Hall SF. Slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Sour taste with citrus, lime, sea salt, coriander, a bit of hops, white currant and ripe fruits. Sour finish with citrus, lime, sea salt, coriander, white currant, ripe fruits and earthy notes. Excellent gose.

Bottle shared by a friend. Clear gold to amber pour with a thick off-white head. Aroma of funk, malt, coriander and bright fruit. Malt and tart lemon flavor with coriander accents before a bitter and sour finish. Quite nice.

Pours hazy orange with a White head. Aroma isbslight tropical, plentyvof lactic de garde funk, citrus, slight herbal/corriander and pretty juicy overall. Taste is tart and refreshing with Lots og herbal notes, tropical notes and fresh citrus. Really good

750ml bottle pours an opaque gold with plenty of frothy, white head. Nose has lemon, juice and pith, herbal, stone fruits, hand soap, yeast, some neutral wood. Flavor has lemon, herbs, torrified wheat, grapefruit, a little slatey. Tart finish, full bodied.
