UPDATED: NOV 15, 2019 excellent sea salt, orange peel. Salty tart palate with good fruit character but the saltiness is a bit too much, though I loved it in the nose.light body very drinkable

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2019 Bottle shared by a friend. Hazy orange pour with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, coriander, funk and hops. Malty and funky flavor giving way to apricot and piney hop character before a sour finish.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2019 On tap at the brewery. Mild funky nose, citrus, and fruity ester buzz in the nostrils. Hazy apricot colr. Thin funk, stone fruit, pickles, light citrus juice, touch of saltiness, and a fairly strong final bitterness. Thin body, mild astringency. Pleasant and mild.

29-09-18 // taster from the bottle at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart at the Pre-Zwanze-Tasting. Hazy yellow. Citrus sour nose. Hints of coriander. Fizzy. Sour. Lemon. American „gose“ but great. Stunning for being so low in ABV, lovely complexity.

Bottle. This is the most complex low abv beer I ever had. Aroma is citrus peels, herbs, wood. Taste is light sour with strong mineral notes, herbal, lots of lemon, wine notes, soap. Outstanding.

On tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark gold with a thick white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with some citrus and a nice oak finish. The hopping is not typical to Gose, but this is a tasty brew. Fairly bitter with the salt up front

pours rfom the bottle like a NE pale. Big hops on the nose - citrus cheese funk and coriander. Pretty funky and bright for a gose base making it more intense than expected but still good.

On tap at Bottlecraft North Park. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fresh and nicely tart with fruit, spices, some salt and funk. A refreshing one.
