From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Tom and Lan’s house on March 01. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a nice dark ruby purple color with a thicker cap of pink head that slowly falls down to a thin collar with a couple spots of lace. The aroma is nice. It’s got a great juicy and jammy berry blend up front with a hint of lactic funk. It’s not overly vinegary, but the balance of berries is just great. The boysenberry and raspberry really pop on this one. The flavor matches. There is a light vinegary funk, but the juicy berry and smooth tartness of the skins really work well together. This thing is great. The mouth feel is light bodied and crisp with a bright carbonation and a lingering tart juiciness that I love and just a hint of funk. This is solid af, but I wish the funkiness was a little less here. Great beer though. 8 4 8 4 16

Beautiful deep purple color. Big nearly jammy nose - except for the stinky cheese present, which just lends another layer of awesomeness to what already was a great beer. Drinks closer to a fruit lambic than a Berliner. Damn good.

From bottle at Dangerous Bottleshares litafed. Pours a deep, hazy, ruby reddish bordeaux with a medium sized, pink head. Aroma has lots of jammy berries, light funk, vanilla, light blackberry, blueberry, raspberry. Taste is very sour, vanilla spicy, light lactic, lots of juicy fruits, less jammy than the aroma. Light vinegary after taste. High carbonation and a light, juicy body.

Bottle. A big thanks to my friend who is lit. Erik is beautiful. Pours hazy red with a purple head. Aroma is packed with berries. All of them. Maybe raspberries and boys en berries are dominating. Also some leather, funk, lactic tartness and slight vanilla. Taste of sour berries, funk, vanilla, leather, raspberries and vinous notes. Pretty delicate and petite de masooouulll..
