UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong sherry, wood, cocoa, vanilla. Slick body, sherry, cocoa, funky, oak, dry finish, very nice.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2021 Sharp bourbon barrel here. Lots of oak. Vanilla and cacao beans are light here. Pineapple rind and orange peel. Grapefruit. Has a very astringent edge. This one would probably be better served with some bottle aging. Tangy astringent finish. Golden pour with good head. Tap at brewery.
