UPDATED: JAN 2, 2022 Pours hazy deep yellow with white fizzy head. Nose is apple peel with notes of acid and vinegar. Flavor is sour apple peel in the beginning, fades quickly though, and the fermented acid taste takes over with af dry finish.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of lemon, citrus, some acidic notes. Refreshing and tart but also rather onedimensional. I had bigger expectations about this one.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 Flaska från SB. En långsam gusher, disig gyllengul vätska med högt smutsvitt skum. Brettig och lätt syrlig doft med druvor, äpplen och örter. Lätt kropp, syrlig, mjuk lätt vinäger, citrus, äpplen, druvor, örter, gråbo, jäst, funk och massor av brett. Eftersmaken är mjuk och torr och fruktig. Mycket mycket gott.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2021 Flaska systembolaget. Disig orangegul vätska. Lätt syrlig doft. Äpple, fat och örter. I smak känns, äpple, harsyra, läder och brett. Jordig och frisk.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2021 Unclear golden color, small white head. Aromas of yeast, citrus, floral hops, spices and slight sugar. Taste of yeast, citrus, alcohol, floral hops and spices.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2021 Flaska från SB. Klar, guldfärgad, hög vit krona som hänger kvar. Helt otrolig näsa med fint citrus-syrliga toner där lambicen verkligen kommer fram, som möter upp funkigheten från saisonen. Väl integrerat. Smakmässigt oerhört pigg, bra med syra, samtidigt mjuk och med en fin, ihängande funkighet. Citrusskal, sur disktrasa, lätt beska och humlighet. Fantastiskt gott.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 Bottle from Kihoskh. Cloudy golden with (extremely) lasting, stable head. Funky, woody, citrusy. Some barnyard, wet oak, white grapes, bread. Crisp, dry, rustic. Lovely marriage between funk and rustic.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2021 330ml bottle. Tartish, funky and floral with loads of farmyardy notes. Quite refreshing and sour. Interesting.

T: nice connection of saison and lambic, light sour fruity, woody, orange peels softly, brett, light tannins, citrus, bit astringent, grapes, higher carbonation, great one, fully enjoyed.
