UPDATED: JUL 12, 2021 Niezwykle mocno wędzone, ale w jakiś dziwny sposób przyjemne, bardzo ciekawe. W smaku też wędzone, ale też gęste, słodkie, finisz bardzo dlugi, gorzka czekolada i wędzonka. Bardzo przegięte i bardzo przyjemne piwo.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2021 Pullo @ de Biertonne. Kaatuu snifteriin sysimustana, noin sormen paksuisella tiiviillä ja kauniilla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa vahvimpana on tervainen ja hieman palanut savuisuus. Alla tuntuu hieman makean vanilijaiseen vivahtava paahteinen maltaisuus, hieman ehkä on suklaatakin mukana, mutta vaikea sanoa savun alta. Maku on monipuolisempi, tervainen ja hieman savukinkkuun ja nuotioon vivahtava savuisuus edelleen vahvimpana, mutta reilua paahteisuutta ja maitokahvia sekä tummaa suklaata on mukana. Hieman on makeahkoa tuntua, mutten sen tarkemmin osaa sitä eritellä. Suutuntuma on melko katkeroinen, täyteläinen, hieman makeakin, alkoholikin tuntuu hieman. Erilainen imperial stout, hyvin savuinen tapaus, joka hieman peittää muita aromeja alleen. Maku oli monipuolisempi, katkeroita olisi omaan makuun saanut olla vähemmän.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2021 Dark brown colour with thin beige head. Aroma of ash, smoked ham, chocolate. Taste starts with chocolate, raisins, gets quite bitter with smoked and peated notes in the aftertaste. Good stuff.
