Alcoholpercentage: 4.5% Bierstijl: Speciaal bier Biercategorie: IPA Smaakpalet: Fris bitter, citrus, droog Heerlijk bij: Soepen, salades, groenten, Aziatische gerechten Het lekkerste op temperatuur: 5-7 graden Celsius Eigenlijk hoeven we niet veel meer uit te leggen, de naam spreekt al voor zich. Door het toevoegen van een flinke hoeveelheid citroen en limoen zest in combinatie met een flinke dosis citra en lemondrop dryhop heeft dit bier een heel fris karakter gekregen met een kenmerkende bittere afdronk.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Bottle via Drinkshop. Thin body, med-low carbonation, could definitely use more bubbles. Med-high bitterness, medium zesty tartness. Lots of lime and lemony citrusy flavour, considerable lime zest. Feels a bit single-dimensional, the zest overwhelms the flavour and also the zestiness is kinda sharp, imparing the drinkability. Good but not great.

UPDATED: OCT 8, 2021 Aus der Flasche (bbe 07.04.2022) im 2021-10 getrunken. Diese hellgolden Ale hat einen typisch leichten Körper mit einer leichten Hopfennote und etwas Grapefruit. Im Abgang ist es aber auch sehr kurz und bleib kaum in Erinnerung. Ein etwas beliebiger Durstlöscher eben!
