Jabah (2479) - Fairfax, Virginia, USA - MAR 12, 2019
UPDATED: MAR 12, 2019 50% off on clearance...otherwise would have probably not have ever tried this for $15. I am thinking that this maybe sat too long, as seemed on the flatter side....maybe balance off a little leaning towards the sweet side. I can tell that the flavor is there....fruit/tart, earthy, some hop...typical Belgian flavors. Once past the mouthfeel, it is a decent beer. Appearance is murky medium brown, kinda like swamp water or a dark apple cider with zero head. After reading these reviews I really do think the bottle was bad, as I figured aging a bit wouldn't matter with this one.

FROTHINGSLOSH (11821) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 5, 2017
Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky brown color with a medium sized creamy off white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet with bread dough, honey, caramel, fig and vegetal malts. The flavor was sweetish, bitter, astringent, medicinal, perfumey, chalky and vegetal. Very long finish of rancid vegetable soup. Pretty disgusting.

Leans sweet like most Belgium ales. Pale brown and clear color. Solid head. On closeout. Retailer says big bottles are losing compared to cans.

50belair (4330) - Florida, USA - DEC 5, 2016
On tap at the Specialty Beer Store. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Clove, spice, banana bouquet. Really sweet with Belgian Candy highlights. Syrupy with banana and clove.

PhillyCraft (11988) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 3, 2016
BB backlog, Bottle shared, pours amber golden with a pretty sizable head and decent lacing. Nose is brett, light stone fruit, plum, flowers, and leather. Flavor is just as impressive with more belgian yeast/fruit, pepper, earth, citrus and dust. Glad I got to try this Abbey collab beer.

rodenbach99 (4842) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 3, 2016
Note: 6+/10

beezydrunkit (37) - Alabama, USA - MAY 21, 2016
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2016 Draft. Pours a dark orange with white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is of apricots, banana, and peach. Light malty aroma. Taste is more of the same, but with that signature Belgian flavor from the yeast. Reminds me of a fantastic tripel with added flavors. Palate is medium body, good heft. Some moderate carbonation. Not too heavy nor too light. Overall very impressed with this beer.

trapped (6399) - New York, TURKEY - APR 12, 2016
Draught @ Albion. Faintly cloudy golden yellow with off-white foamy head, vanilla like aroma with some tropical fruit, medium carbonation, thick body, slightly salty taste with a bitter finish. Very satisfying brew.

Minderbinder (3463) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 2, 2016
Bottle 750ml. Pours brown with low white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is of caramel, fruits. Taste is of caramel, fruits, malt. Palate: Full bodied. Soft carbonation. Overall: Good, malty. Not re-inventing the wheel.

kaser (6484) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 18, 2016
Golden pour with white head. Had this as part of a flight at Half Acre. Bubblegum and sugar, mild tartness and very fruity. Very good.
