UPDATED: OCT 28, 2021 Tap. Hoppy and malty aroma and taste, light citeua fruit, resin, ripped fruit notes, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty and hoppy resiny finish. Ok.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2021 Cloudy copper colour with medium off-white head, aroma of apples, caramel, malt. Taste is low on bitterness, medium sweet, bit sour, malt, apples, some hops. Pretty good

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2021 Tap at Acido Acida 2021, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours amber, crisp, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty and herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter. Final is average.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2021 Poured from the tap. Clear Amber with small white head. Wood, orange, bread malt, touch of grapefruit. Good example of the early 2000s, but slightly outdated now.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2020 (from old notes-The Pub on Beech Street,San Francisco,CA-Oct'16) - Aroma : Not much...lightly toasted sweet caramel malt, hint of indistinct citrus with a grassy/strawy hop note. Taste : Thin bodied with a light oily texture making it feel more medium bodied. Mild hoppy citric bitterness, with light sweet caramel malt coming through as it warms. Not horrible, but just a standard plain uninteresting APA

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2020 Bottle. Copper color with slight beige head. Fruity nose with hint of apple. Mild carbonation and bitterness. Crisp aftertaste. Malt oriented and well balanced ale.
