COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The citrus punch of a big IPA, minus the one-dimensional hop sledgehammer. Seven select European and domestic malts round out the edges for a complex, copper-colored brew. Like its namesake ski lift, it’s an insider’s ride to fresh thrills.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2020 Rancid piney hops on the nose, okay clear gold body and minimal foam. Flavour is chewy malt and sweet hops. Heavy oily hops. A bit oozy but all right.

hman43 (3700) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - APR 1, 2019
UPDATED: APR 1, 2019 It pours amber and orange with a quite of bit of clouding. The head is off white. Head retention is moderate. There is a mixtures of pine and caramel in the initial aroma. There is a hint of cherry very low in the background. The caramel and pine flavors come out if the flavor as well with the caramel being a little more forward than the pine. There is also a bit of biscuit in the background. It has a moderately full body which is quite creamy. The biscuit flavors are more towards the aftertaste than in the initial flavoring. Overall, a flavorful pale ale with a creamy texture and a bit malt forward.
