COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Leipzig-style Gose is pleasantly acidic with lime-like tartness and a little funk from our unique, indigenous mixed culture kettle souring process, all balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from the addition of hand-harvested French grey sea salt.

Livendadream (483) - New Mexico, USA - FEB 28, 2021
UPDATED: FEB 28, 2021 Can pours mildly cloudy, super light-golden color. Big head that fades fast leaving no lace. Smells of citrus, bread, yogurt and minerals. Tastes of lime, minerals, sweet bread & spice. Light body, tingly carbonation, watery mouthfeel and a tart-salty finish. Not to bad, fairly refreshing!

ccex (1960) - Lansing, Illinois, USA - JAN 24, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 24, 2021 12 oz. can from my local Walmart pours a slightly hazy golden color with modest white head. Not much to smell. Aroma has lots of lime, some bready malts, and salt. Taste is initially tart and sour before the salty and sour finish. Body is light but not watery, with average carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. This is far from my favorite style, but it succeeds at what it attempts to do.

midovark (4274) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 21, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2020 Can at home. Pours deep golden with quickly disaipating white head. Nose is bready malts, citrus zest and lactic sourness and a light spicy touch. Taste is rather sour upfront, lactic acid dominates with a citric touch, but as it fades the coriander appears as well just like bready malts to provide the backbone. Closes with a sour finish, has light body and soft to average carbo. I would’ve loved less of the sourness and more of everything else, and also some more carbonation to make is more refreshing and crispier. A nice gose nevertheless.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2020 12 oz can, poured clear lemony yellow with big white head. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Salty lemon aroma, nicely tart citrus flavor with sour fruit finish.

marchbrown (285) - - JUN 23, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 23, 2020 Reload with Todd. This one has interesting flavor, almost a category unto itself since not at all like the sours of Belgium. I will certainly finish the six pack.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2020 Burk. Lätt disig guldfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter av lime, gräs och krusbär. Smakinslag av lime, äppelcider, saltvatten och gräs. Syrlig avslutning. Torr munkänsla.

Slipstream (3414) - USA - DEC 6, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 6, 2019 Draft at Broadway Dive. Tart, plenty of lime flavor plus a little salt. Slightly tarry finish. Mediocre aroma and clear, dark gold pour. Good.
