UPDATED: JUN 16, 2021 Bien belle cuivrée donnant une mousse beige abondante/persistante. Nez houblonné avec caramel, fruits rouges, pêche/abricot, ... Bouche gouleyante, fraîche, légèrement sucrée avec des goûts de fruits (pêche, orange, litchi), du résineux, quelques épices, du fruit confit, du malt. Ronde et en finale bien amère : delicious.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2021 Canette. Robe cuivrée, voilée, peu scintillante, effervescence active. Fine mousse blanche dense et homogène. Tenue de mousse durable. Arômes: généreux, caramel, pin, résineux, orange. Saveurs: équilibré avec des notes similaires aux arômes jumelées à des sucres résiduels et une moyenne et courte amertume en finale. Texture: corps mince-moyen, carbonation faible, très bonne buvabilité.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2021 473ml can. Pours a clear red-copper with a large, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, toffee, orange, pine resin and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, toffee, orange, grapefruit peel, pine resin and bitter grass in a dry finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward. A very good, but not great English IPA.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2020 Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is resinous hop, caramel malt, pine resin, orange, grapefruit. Flavour is sweetish with a long bitter finish. Body is medium. About what you desire from a good English IPA: Sturdy, hoppy and malty in the right proportions.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2019 Bottle from Tite Frette. Clear dark copper with a large foamy cream coloured head that recedes slowly . Lots of spotty lace. Nose is pine, molasses, tea, grapefruit, bread and some lavender. Light+ caramel sweetness with a medium+ resin and grapefruit bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and sick with slightly soft carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 8+/4+/8/4/17

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2019 C'est dans une tendance de NEIPA que je suis tombé sur celle-là. Les commentaires étaient excellents. Je me suis laissé tenter. Il s'agit d'une IPA qui se rapproche davantage du style west coast. De couleur ambrée, elle présente des notes caramélisés semblables aux bières rousses et une amertume assez ^poignantes. Il s'agit sans doute de l'une des bonnes IPA du genre que j'ai pu goûter sur le marché.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2019 Versa ambra con testa bianca. Il gusto è medio secco con erbe, pane, arancia e caramello.
