UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 Bottle, backlog March 2018. Unclear yellow golden body under a lacing white head. Refreshing aroma, zesty citric fruit, oranges and acid. Taste is rather light and refreshing with acidic citric fruit, mild pale malt, a bit herbal and some sharp bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nice and refreshing.

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2020 Superbe bière, agréablement surpris qu’on en entende pas plus parlé. Belle couleur jaune orangé, super trouble, les houblons typiques IPA qui se marient parfaitement aux levures belges donnent une bière haute en couleur avec une effervescence élevée. C’est super bien balancé, bravo!

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2019 J'ai adoré cette IPA avec ses levures belges semblables à celles de l'herbe à détourne (triple belge). On goûte les agrumes et une belle finale juste assez amère.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2019 Versa l'oro giallo paglierino con una cima bianca e schiumosa moderata. L'aroma è il lievito con luppolo di agrumi. Il gusto è un buon equilibrio di lievito dolce e agrumi con un malto stopposo.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2018 Bottle from IGA in Gatineau, QC. Pours a hazy golden colour with one finger of white head. Yeast sediments floating around. Aromas of pine and grapefruit. Taste matches the aroma with a refreshing citrus backbone and a bit of banana. Well balanced not too spicy. Full bodied with high carbonation. Excellent brew.

341 ml bottle. Pours a amber with lightish head. Aromas of spicy Belgian yeast, earthy fruit, pears,and dull wheaty malts. Flavors follow same. More Belgian yeast and fruit esters than hoppy, though a little candied fruit and pineapple if I think hard. Still very tasty and I'll have another...

Cloudy golden color, frothy white head with large bubbles. Belgian yeast nose, tropical fruit, fruity esters, peach, floral, passion fruit, citrus. Tropical fruit taste, fruity esters, grass, grapefruit, balanced, dry finish. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture.

On tap at Circus. An orange-golden colored beer with a nice white head leaving curtains. The aroma has some resemblance to a Belgian ale, with generic fruityness and some white sugar. Orange, pine cone hints and a light spiced note. It has a nice bitterness in the mouth, it’s full to medium bodied, smooth and nicely carbonated and semi-dry. Fruity flavor too, with pine cones and a spiced, herbal touch. Some sugary malt notes in the back. Long fruity finish. A tasteful and easy drinkable beer. 171020

341 ml bottle from Drummondville Metro. Pours a hazed golden colour with moderate-sized white head. Aroma is bright citric hops, Belgian yeast and light grains. Flavour is lemon and grapefruit zest, fruity esters, light spiciness and grains. Moderate bitterness in finish. Fine carbonation. Good one.

Bouteille. Nez de paille et d'agrumes. En bouche c'est dominé par le blé, et les agrumes légèrement acides sont en toile de fond. Ca se termine sur une finale bien amère, mais jamais résineuse et plutôt fraîche. Excellent, bouquet un peu simple mais qui offre une belle rondeur.
