UPDATED: DEC 27, 2021 Roodkleurig mistig bier, nagenoeg zonder schuim. Zoete fruitige geuren van de frambozen. In de smaak zit zoet van de frambozen, maar komt ook het fruitzurige naar voren in de tinteling aan de zijkant van je tong. Wat achterblijft is wederom een lekkere (rood)fruitsmaak. Precies zoals de brouwer de smaakbeleving omschrijft.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2021 Draft at the brewery. Clear dark red body, small pink head. The aroma has strong fruits and the taste is sour and refreshing.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2021 Cruchon 1L. Robe rouge, limpide, scintillante, effervescence minimale. Fine mousse blanche homogène. Tenue de mousse éphémère. Arômes: linéaire, framboise, tarte aux framboises, mais l'arôme de la framboise est presque irréelle tellement elle est fidèle à la réalité. Saveurs: super équilibre avec la note de framboise assez sèche et une fine acidité éphémère en finale. Texture: corps mince, carbonation moyenne, excellente buvabilité. Très bonne bière; simple mais la structure est parfaite.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2021 Bottle, 0.341l. Aroma of raspberries, yeast, citrus and mild funk. Pours cloudy ruby color with thin quickly diminishing creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and tart berry-like, following is citrusy with tannins, mouthfeel is crisp, while finish is pleasant fruity. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing raspberliner...

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2021 Bottle. Light cereal for the malt, no noticeable hops, light musty/moldy for the yeast, with a huge amount of raspberries in the background. Head is small, fizzy turning wispy, off-white, with no lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy purplish burgundy with lots of bits and a pieces floating about. Flavor starts heavily acidic and sour, then finishes heavily acidic, sour and slightly bitter. Palate is light, dry, with a fizzy carbonation and a very tart and dry finish. Great Catherina Sour with an excellent fresh raspberry taste.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2020 Couleur rouge grenadine genre cocktail x ou y. Nez : sucrerie, cuberdon, framboise. Bouche sucrée/sûre pas désagréable mais plutôt 'sirop'. Un côté suret, de la fraîcheur, un côté fruité/framboise. Bière 'gadget' tout de même!

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2020 0,15 tap. Unclear red, almost no head. A lot of strawberries, lactic acid, red currant, strawberry syrup, lemon. Acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish. Good however lacks hazyness in my opinion.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2020 Pours ruby red with small head. Aroma is of raspberry jam. Taste is more focused on fresh raspberry flavors, with a nice lightly sour touch.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2020 Colour red Amber but most red. Medium carbonation but small head. Nose is very fruity and lots of raspberry. Taste also lot of raspberry but very low on classic beer taste. Palate short only acidous.
