Beese (12774) - Tooting, London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 16, 2020
UPDATED: APR 16, 2020 12oz bottle at Belmont Station, Portland, OR on 23/08/2008. I didn’t realise at the time that this was a Berliner Weisse (and I maybe didn’t even know what one of those was). I really think this could have been the first one that I tried. Really nice, and brimming with peach flavour. Fairly big body and light sourness for a BW, but very tasty.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2019 Bottle. A- Mild peach, white wine. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Mild peach, apricot, fruity, delicate. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Light, fruity, and perhaps a touch effervescent. Like a really mild peach wine. Drinks easily and would be okay on a nice hot day. Fresh and on tap is probably the way to go with this one.

Aroma is citrus, lavinder, peaches and a mild tartiness. Taste is an immediate tartiness that transitions into fresh peaches and cream. Nice balance on the acidity.

Pours clear golden with a thick white head. High carbonation. Tastes like a sour with a heavy sourdough influence. Palate includes peaches and other tangy fruits. Good sour.
