UPDATED: MAY 28, 2020 This 12 oz can will be tilted into my large New Belgium snifter, how long have I had this glass and how many brews have been tasted in it? No answers really, mostly existential questions. Dogfish Head mostly a favored brewer, I hope that continues now. The liquid is an extremely attractive dark, amber-red completed by an impressive two fingers of doe-brown foam. And the nose is decent also, light pine and sweet citrus. I like the taste, I get pine needles, citrus from the blood orange I assume, varnish, some sweetness and some bitterness. On a rather warm late May afternoon, this is a nice diversion from the heat.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2020 Clear, gold appearance, tall head. Aromatic nose, earthy, clay Full body, very flavorful, silky texture, piquant, moderately hot and carbonated mouthfeel, long aftertaste. Bittersweet, very well balanced, crisp. Hoppy, resinous, citrusy, lemon rind and juice, honeyed background. Surprisingly good despite poor rating here. Celebrate my 1500 review in this app.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2020 Restrained citrus beer aroma in an amber copper pour. Hop forward balance with a laid back zesty citrus fruit body and bitter finish.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2019 Can. Deep copper body with a white head. Nose of caramel and citrus. The taste has some caramel and peanuts. Notes of citrus are in the finish. The alcohol is barely noticeable. Well made.

Keg at the yard house Las Vegas Town Square. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is neutral, subdued, faint biscuit and citrus. Palate is semi crisp and tart, sweet, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of spicy Rye, cittus, bitter lemon, little bark. Some warming alcohol. Disappointing.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2019 Can at home in NH. Pours clear orange-gold with a foamy, white head. So so, some pine, citrus peel, dry grains, citric hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more citric notes, lightly tangy blood orange, grapefruit. Eh, OK.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2019 Draft at Yard House. Dark amber color with creamy head. Smoothly hoppy. A hint of citrus in the finish.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2019 12 oz can. Smells of citrus, pineapple, and malt. Very dark orange in color, almost brown. Initially tastes a little sweet, moves to citrus with a hint of pine at the end. The hops don't stand out as much as I like them to in an IPA. An OK beer, might be better fresher (mine was canned 1//31/19).

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2019 Can from. Q Club Soho, Hong Kong. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, orange citrus fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter, with a crisp, fresh, zesty, juicy orange citrus fruit, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Poured clear amber w/ minimal white foam. Aroma is toffee/caramel, malt. Flavour is grapefruit, citrus, hops. Solid.
