COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wildhood is a tart farmhouse ale brewed with wheat, rye, oats & triticale. After being dry-hopped with Pacific Northwest hops, it was aged for 14 months in French Oak barrels!

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2021 13 oct 2021, bottle. Gold, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is funky, cobwebs, apricots, some wood. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Lightly tart, dried apricot, stone fruit. Really good for a sour.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2021 375 ml bottle. Honey gold pour. Small creamy white head. Earthy, yeasty sour malt aroma. Some light oakiness as well. Earthy, grainy malt flavor from the rye and triticale. Overall, the taste is largely dominated by the tart, funky component of the brew. Oak flavor is subtle. Finish is dry and tart.

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2020 375ml bottle pours a dark gold with some cloudy white head.  Nose has some acetone, raw grapefruit, some white berry, a little paint.  Flavor is big sourness, grapefruit, sour lemon, Vitamin C tablets, some neutral barrel.  Finishes full bodied, high acid, tart and tooth clenching dry.  7 3 7 3 12
