Quack-Duck (11277) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 16, 2021

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2021 bottle from the brewery. Golden yellow, tall white head. Lovely hop aroma. Bitter-sweet, still quite light-bodied with a solid malty character. Good aromatic and bitter hops in the finish. Nice one.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2021 Tap at the brewery pub. Hazy pale golden body. Buttery, lightly bready aroma. Lean buttery, lightly cardboardy taste, lightly sweetish, okay body, if a bit empty. Not their best batch hopefully, diacetyl is the main note here, even if it's not outright offensive.
