UPDATED: FEB 11, 2021 7.0 ABV. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter great caramelic flavor. Long fantastic finish. Creamy palate. Great stuff.

The aroma is lightly to medium malty with toasted malt, bread, caramel, some honey, hints of hazelnuts, hay and light herbal notes. Medium to medium-full body with a soft carbonation, a light to medium sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is medium malty with lightly sweetish malt, toasted wheat bread, honey, brown sugar, some wood, some caramel. Finishes with a light herbal to resinous bitterness and hints of oak. Color rojizo con espuma blanquecina de poca duración. Aroma maltoso con leves notas a caramelo. Sabor ligeramente dulce, fruta madura, caramelo. Final tostado, ligeramente maltosa, densa al paladar.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2019 getrunken im railjet von Zürich nach Wien 2015 Ein interessantes Bier mit ordentlich beerigen Geschmack und leichten Holznoten, die aber nicht widerlich werden. Ein stärkeres Bier mit gut ausgewogenen Aromen.
